1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of event planning and logistics, Tukutane Entertainment operates under a strict no-refunds policy for all tickets, bookings, and services purchased through our platform. Once a transaction is completed, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changes in personal circumstances: including inability to attend, change of mind, schedule conflicts, or other personal reasons.
- Acts of God: such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.
- Event lineup changes: in cases where performers or artists are unable to appear due to illness, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tukutane Entertainment reserves the right to make adjustments to the lineup without issuing refunds.
- Late arrival: If you arrive late or are unable to attend the event, no refunds will be provided.
2. No Exchanges or Returns
Tickets purchased for events hosted by Tukutane Entertainment cannot be exchanged or returned for other events or services. Once a ticket is purchased, it is valid only for the specified event and cannot be transferred to another date or performance, except under certain conditions outlined below in our Transfer Policy.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event that an event is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, your original ticket will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in the case of a postponement, and all sales will remain final.
- Postponement: If an event is postponed, Tukutane will notify all ticket holders of the new date. Your existing ticket will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event.
- Cancellation: In the event of a full cancellation where the event cannot be rescheduled, Tukutane Entertainment may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement event or credit that can be used for future events.
4. Ticket Transfers
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend an event you have purchased a ticket for, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to another individual. The following conditions apply to ticket transfers:
- Ticket transfers must be completed by contacting Tukutane Entertainment’s customer support team no less than 48 hours before the event.
- You will need to provide the full name and contact details of the new ticket holder.
- Once a transfer is confirmed, the new ticket holder will receive a confirmation email with all relevant event details.
Please note: Tukutane Entertainment is not responsible for any complications that may arise from ticket transfers arranged outside of our official channels.
5. Changes to Event Lineups or Venues
Tukutane Entertainment works hard to deliver the exact experience advertised; however, due to the dynamic nature of event planning, circumstances beyond our control may require us to make changes to the event lineup, venue, or other details. In such cases:
- Artist or performer changes: If an advertised artist, band, or performer is unable to attend, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement. No refunds will be issued in such instances.
- Venue changes: If a venue change is necessary, Tukutane Entertainment will communicate this to all ticket holders promptly. Your tickets will remain valid for the new venue, and no refunds will be offered.
6. Responsibility of the Ticket Holder
By purchasing a ticket from Tukutane Entertainment, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Refund & Return Policy. It is your responsibility to review these terms before making a purchase. Once a transaction is completed, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policy, and no claims for refunds or returns will be accepted.
